Job Description The Senior Project Director manages and coordinates integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity than those generally managed by the Project Director. Provides leadership and mentoring of CRB Project Managers and Project Directors. Responsibilities Obtain and maintain industry specific certification, including but not exclusive to: PMP & AECPMA Manages and coordinates integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity than those generally managed by the Project Director Provides leadership and mentoring of CRB Project Managers and Project Directors Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field Minimum of twenty years of experience in the Engineering & Construction Industry Additional Qualifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills required Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large integrated teams including subcontractors Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager Thorough understanding of integrated project delivery of large, complex projects Advanced understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
