Job Description The Senior Project Director will lead and coordinate large-scale, complex projects, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, procurement, and construction. This role requires exceptional leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams and mentor Project Managers and Project Directors, driving excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction. This position requires extensive travel to job sites and client locations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects of significant scope, complexity, and value. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to CRB Project Managers and Project Directors. Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget. Maintain industry certifications such as PMP and AECPMA. Champion best practices in integrated project delivery and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 20+ years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, with proven success in project leadership. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead large, integrated teams, including subcontractors. Advanced knowledge of core engineering disciplines and project execution in design and construction. Strong track record of delivering complex projects using integrated project delivery methods.
