This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Jasara's presence in the rail and transit sector. As Senior Project Director - Rail, you will help shape strategy, strengthen client relationships, and support the development of high-impact infrastructure programs within a dynamic and evolving market. Responsibilities Drive business growth, client engagement, and strategic development within the rail and transit sector. Identify opportunities and lead pursuits across major rail and transit programs. Build relationships with key stakeholders across clients, partners, and the broader project ecosystem. Support the successful delivery of rail infrastructure programs and projects. Required Qualifications Strong experience in the KSA market. Experience with PPP or EPC contract management, claims and commercial oversight, or translating bid strategy into delivery execution. Proven success winning pursuits and developing strategic growth plans. Experience engaging with ministries and transport authorities, executive sponsors at Saudi Arabian Railway, major public-sector clients, or JV and delivery partners. Preferred Qualifications 18+ years leading major rail or transit infrastructure programs, ideally including metro programs, Saudi Arabian Railway programs, multi-billion SAR portfolios, multi-line networks, or full program oversight from pursuit through delivery. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; an advanced degree in engineering or a related field is a plus. Deep knowledge of rail project delivery, governance, and commercial management.
