Perform other duties as required to support the successful delivery of a large‑scale industrial wastewater treatment project Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered 2–3 years of Project Engineer experience supporting Division 1 on civil, industrial, or water and wastewater construction projects Experience supporting Division 1 project controls, documentation, and contract complianceWorking knowledge of construction equipment and methods, drawings and specifications, quality standards, building materials, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements Ability to apply basic engineering and problem‑solving principles to construction challengesStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workAbility to develop, manage, and maintain project schedules at a comprehensive levelExperience assisting with subcontract formation and administration, including contract documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology Your Work Has Purpose Here   PCL projects are where life happens, where communities connect, careers begin, and progress is made.
