Description

Your responsibilities will include Responsible for technical problem solving and knowledge gap closure. Development of cost and quality idea bank pipeline and scoping of new initiatives. Evaluate Manufacturing requests to decompose project objectives, scope and constraints and support Day to Day operations. Delivery of Projects as per commitment to meet P2, P4G and Quality Targets. Ensure project development activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets to support the project plans. Responsible for system level design/cost/quality/time trade-offs and technical decision making for issue resolution within the project plan guardrails, coordinating across KASA Subsystems. Responsible for driving full system validation through use of predictive validation methodologies in concept, design and product validation stages. Responsible for coordinating Engineering Builds with cross-functional project teams. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science 6+ years of experience in engineering working with cross functional teams 3+ years of experience technical project management Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in the Home Appliance industry. Experience in structures, heat transfer, and thermodynamics. Experience in Electrical/Electronic systems. Product development & project delivery methodology experience. Budget management, financial planning and analysis, capital management. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) knowledge. Knowledge of SAP, Windchill and Creo. Analytical skills, experience in solving practical issues, and engaging cross-functional teams of multiple process partners to a consensus. Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Meet stringent deadlines; handle multiple projects. Self-driven, proactive and motivated.
