SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience
Professional engineer registered with APEGA/APEGS
Experience in oil and gas
Working towards PMP designation is considered an asset
Strong experiences with interdisciplinary coordination
Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
General understanding of the applicable regulatory codes and standards
Field or shop experience is considered an asset
Valid drivers licence required

JOB PURPOSE

Are you a seasoned Project Engineer looking to lead challenging projects and make a lasting impact with a growing engineering and construction firm? We’re seeking a Senior Project Engineer who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take full ownership of project execution from concept through completion.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership and oversight across multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will leverage your expertise to guide project strategy, mentor junior engineers, and drive successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio that includes petrochemical, refining, conventional oil and gas, SAGD, and power generation projects.
