Hiring Pay Scale: Min. $100K- Max. $140K
Summary: Responsible for carrying out capital projects, engineering design, development of specifications, defines scope of work, project planning and execution, as well as organizing and coordinating resource schedules and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 7 years’ hands on Engineering Project Management and execution experience required.
• Working knowledge in site categories (dry mixes, soups/bases, flavor systems, sauces and dressings, as applicable to the site) processes as well as prior experience with building expansions for a food process environment is strongly preferred.
• University degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields like Mechatronic Engineering is required.
• Having a background working in a Lean Manufacturing culture / environment is required
• Having TPM - Early Management / Initiative & Innovation Management Pillar leadership background is strongly preferred
