Description

We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join the BESS Section. Reporting to the supervisor, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties: * Collaborate with vendors and users to execute corrective maintenance on various faults, ensuring optimal system uptime. * Foster strong relationships with site users, empathizing with their challenges and requirements to enhance user satisfaction and pinpoint potential areas for improvement. * Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee the safe operation of the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). * Oversee the transportation and initial setup of the BESS, and provide clients with comprehensive tutorials on its usage. * Manage inventory records and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels for maintenance purposes. * Handle order administration tasks and maintain clear and accurate order records. * Generate reports and analyses for clients to confirm that our BESS meets their needs, and continuously evaluate the performance of the BESS. * Participate in customer sales pitches, create and prepare effective sales and marketing materials, and handle sales administration tasks to effectively engage potential customers. * Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: * A recognized university degree in relevant engineering disciplines plus at least 3 years’ relevant working experience * Sound knowledge on project management with relevant construction site experience * Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card * Familiar with BESS operation, and CLP SHEQ requirement is preferable * Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines * Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferable * Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Engineer will manage the corrective maintenance, site inspections, and setup of Battery Energy Storage Systems. They will also handle inventory, sales support, and client reporting to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
