Senior Project Engineer      Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, PLLC (ICE) is adding a CEI Project Administrator/Project Engineer to our growing team in Florida to support our CEI efforts.   POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for: Project Administration of CEI work for ICE on Florida Projects. The role involves receiving instructions and using independent judgment to solve problems, directing administrative and field staff, managing projects, and working directly with clients. The project manager is also responsible for monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with schedules and contract requirements, reviewing, and modifying project schedules and specifications, and preparing supplemental agreements and work orders according to FDOT specifications. The manager may also assist with RFPs.     QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS Qualifications/certifications for this position may be obtained within six (6) months from the date of hire provided that this position works under the supervision and direction of a Senior Project Engineer, all other requirements for the position are met, and a training plan is submitted detailing when the qualifications/certifications will be obtained. • FDOT Advanced MOT • CTQP Final Estimates Level II • CTQP Quality Control Manager • Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Program for Inspectors and Contractors. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • BS in Civil Engineering or related field. • Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Florida. • Must obtain an endorsement in the State of Florida within six (6) months of Project NTP if registered in another state. • Two years of engineering experience in relevant transportation projects. • A Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field may be substituted for one year of engineering experience. • Individuals without engineering, engineering technology, or construction management degrees must have eight years of CEI or roadway or bridge construction experience, with two of those years involved in relevant transportation projects. • Excellent MS Office skills. Must be able to create spreadsheets in Excel with formulas. • Must be a US Resident or Green Card Holder - Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. • Valid Driver's license with a three-year safe driving record is required.      Expected Hours of Work This position will be full time position.
