Role Summary: The Project Engineer will be responsible for project execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of IBMS / ELV systems across project sites. The role requires hands‑on site exposure and strong coordination with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Execute end‑to‑end IBMS / ELV projects at site locations. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of systems. Handle site execution activities related to: IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) ACS / Access Control Systems CCTV Systems Coordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms. Review drawings, layouts, and technical specifications for ELV systems. Monitor daily site activities and prepare progress reports. Identify execution risks and support timely resolution of technical issues. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material availability. Support system integration, testing protocols, and final commissioning. Required Skills & Technical Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience in IBMS / ELV project execution. Practical exposure to installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Experience in ACS / Access Controls and CCTV systems is mandatory. Good understanding of site execution practices and system integration. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills. Qualification & Experience: Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / E&C. 4–8 years of relevant experience in IBMS / ELV projects. Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or large commercial projects preferred.
