We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Perth and help lead a high-profile project South of Perth. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be a trusted leader across the project, responsible for driving engineering outcomes, coordinating complex construction activities, and supporting the delivery of a high‑profile project within our WA portfolio. Working closely with the Construction Manager and broader delivery team, you will oversee planning, design coordination, procurement, subcontractor management, and ensure best‑in‑class quality, safety, and commercial performance. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead planning, design, and technical coordination across allocated packages. Manage subcontractor performance, scope, and program delivery. Oversee procurement strategies and contribute to tender evaluations. Monitor project progress, cost control, risk, and change management. Provide leadership, guidance, and development to project engineers and site engineers. Ensure Lendlease’s high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability are achieved. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. To be successful, you will need: Ideally 8+ years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects. Proven experience delivering large‑scale commercial, defence, health, education, or complex building projects. Exceptional stakeholder and subcontractor management skills. Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc). Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
