A1 Earthworx is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their already highly successful, results driven team based in either Lake Cargelligo, Dubbo or Wellington NSW.
With a strong reputation, based around a team of dedicated professionals, A1 Earthworx has experienced exponential growth. As the Engineer, report directly to the Project Manager, you will supervise employees on the project whilst keeping people safe whilst delivering project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil construction projects ensuring adhering to quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets, including details cost tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee project documentation including quality assurance and quality control, variation management, and progress claims.
  • Provide technical expertise, advise, and guidance on project execution, methodologies, and design interpretation.
  • Mentor and supervise engineering and site personnel, fostering technical competence and professional growth.
  • Coordinate and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including project managers, construction managers, and site engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standard, and company operational policies and procedures.
