REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years of technical or project management experience in medical devices.
  • Knowledge of plastics injection molding, extrusion, and assembly.
  • Experience in process validation and sterilisation.
  • Familiar with MDD, ISO 13485, FDA design controls or similar.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plusWillingness to travel to North America.

  • Lead and commercialise NPI projects, establishing assembly processes and procedures.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, compliance, and customer expectations.
  • Provide technical support to production and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Liaise with customers for smooth project execution and commercialisation.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to management.
  • Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
