ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure successful planning and execution of the overall project from initiation (DG0) to execution (DG3)
  • Responsible for framing, establishing scope of work and project schedule
  • Ensure that the appropriate activities are executed and followed up
  • Responsible for establishing project mandate, design basis and scope of work for the functions, alliances and strategic partners
  • Report progress and status to ensure support, asset alignment and involvement
  • Perform stakeholder management and undertake risk and opportunity management specific projects
  • Prepare documents and presentations to support passing of Decision Gates (DGs)
  • Act in combined role as lead coordinator of specific deliverables
  • Support management reviews, readiness reviews and other assurance activities
  • Coordinate input to Functional requirements, Codes and Standards and Basis of Design documents
  • Ensuring that the deliveries within the portfolio are aligned and that potential conflicts or gaps are identified and resolved early
  • Verify technical readiness for project milestones, including follow-up of key deliverables and progress
  • Coordination of Management of Change (MoC)
  • Coordinate input and support solving of Queries, Deviations and Non-Conformance Requests Interface across delivery lines
  • Contribute to risk management and stakeholder management
  • Promote continuous improvement through the portfolio, follow up implementation of digital tools and new technologies as required
  • Support, document and manage learning across the project team and towards other projects
  • Project and portfolio management support as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within E&P
  • Experience from multidiscipline EPCI projects will be valued
  • Fluent in English and/or Norwegian
