Responsibilities

Our Quality and Assurance Managers are a vital part of our business, responsible for ensuring that SES’s quality management systems are implemented effectively across the region. You will lead on quality assurance strategy, support operational teams, and act as a key advisor on quality matters throughout the project lifecycle.

AS OUR Quality and Assurance Manager YOU WILL:

  • Implement SES’s quality assurance strategy across the project, ensuring alignment with project delivery goals.

    • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, specifications, and industry best practice.


    • Review, accept and manage the Inspection and Test Plan documentation of SES and our supply chain partners.



      • Lead on the development and delivery of informal workshops and coaching to improve understanding and application of quality processes.



        • Positively influence site teams and supply chain partners to embed a culture of defect avoidance and customer satisfaction.



          • Collate and analyse data to inform monthly management reviews and identify trends for improvement.



            • Coordinate internal and external audit programmes and ensure corrective actions are tracked and completed.



              • Support the continual improvement of SES processes and procedures, contributing to the evolution of our quality management systems.



                • Reporting as required by the regional and project reporting cycle.
