The Role:
Lendlease is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Services to join our team in Victoria to help guide and deliver our ongoing strong project pipeline. This is a site based position, on one of our Data Centre projects in the western Melbourne region. This role will be focused specifically on services packages.
This position, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design of complex packages, whilst managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times. You will also provide guidance to junior staff on site.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience working on-site in construction delivery
• Large scale building project experience is a must
• Management of Building Services package is a must
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and work well with others;
• Strong organisational skills including attention to detail
• Identify problems and come up with creative solutions
• Experience on healthcare or commercial projects preferred
