The Team Our structural engineering teams provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, with a strong record in notable projects like Coors Field. Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage engineering and technician staff to successfully complete projects. Coordination: Oversee structural design scope, coordinating in-house and with other consultants. Planning and Budgeting: Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients and contractors throughout the design and construction phases. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans. Mentorship: Act as a mentor and resource for less-experienced staff, assisting with their career development. Representation: Attend project meetings and represent Martin/Martin during design and construction. Relationship Building: Take an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships. Requirements Required Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum 9 years progressive engineering experience 1 year of professional experience equivalencies include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, OR passing the 16-hour NCEES structural engineering exam Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to work in the Denver area. Relocation reimbursement may be provided, depending on the role and job function. Demonstrates leadership abilities beneficial to the company’s future Desired Has designed numerous projects and followed them through from start of design to end of construction Demonstrates effective internal and external communication skills Demonstrates advanced project management skills Ability to handle stressful situations/deadlines Ability to handle confidential information Compensation The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Base Salary: For individuals hired in Colorado, a reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $113,000 to $128,000 annually. Base Salary Review: This role is eligible to participate in Martin/Martin’s annual base salary increase review process. Annual Bonus: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary annual bonus program. Base salary review and increases, in addition to annual bonuses, are dependent on various factors, including a hired individual’s job-level and annual company performance.
