Position Summary: As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing technical engineering projects from concept through completion. This position bridges engineering design and project management, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. The role involves technical oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of engineering teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions, with a focus on thermal cooling systems and data center applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with objectives. Define scope, technical requirements, and resource allocation. Interpret engineering designs and specifications; ensure feasibility and compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, contractors). Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and industry standards. Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders. Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams. Qualifications & Requirements: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. 7+ years of project engineering or technical project leadership experience. Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering projects. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and risk assessment. Proficiency in CAD tools and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth industry with evolving customer needs. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a track record of managing multiple projects. Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification Advanced project management skills Key Competencies: Leadership and team coordination skills.
