About the role Reporting to the Project Lead, this role is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of brownfield projects and supporting the broader line of business. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong client relationships across all levels. Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure financial success. Interpret contract documents and manage subcontractor agreements. Drive compliance with UGL HSSE policies and legislative requirements. Identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes. About you Relevant engineering tertiary qualifications. Extensive experience in project delivery within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power Generation, Water or Waste Water sectors. Brownfields Oil & Gas multidisciplinary experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
