Job Description
Due to continued growth in the energy sector, we are expanding our Renewable Energy team and are seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Wind) to join our Melbourne office. This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver large-scale wind energy projects across Australia in a collaborative and high-performing environment. You’ll work in an owner’s engineering capacity, guiding clients through all phases of project development and execution.

THE QUALITIES THAT HELP YOU THRIVE:

We’re looking for someone with strong technical engineering skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for renewable energy.

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil or similar) or a relevant project management qualification with an engineering background.
  • Proven project engineering experience and strong knowledge of design principles and standards in the wind energy sector — ideally 5+ years with a developer, OEM, or consultancy.
  • Experience in owner’s engineering services and the ability to represent client interests on complex projects.
  • Commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective client relationships and work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience with construction management or EPC contractors is advantageous.
