QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Working background in hardware and software development for electronic systems.
• Working experience with project management, including budget and schedule oversight.
• Experience foreseeing and addressing technical as well as programmatic risks.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including leadership and customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Directly manage a team of 5 project engineering professionals.
• Lead hardware and software development for electronic engine controls products.
• Oversee all program phases from proposal development through production and field support.
• Support the implementation of strategic and technology advancement initiatives for the digital controls product line.
• Manage program budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Predict and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.
• Communicate effectively with engineering leadership, as well as internal and external customers.
