POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Execution Lead (Engineering and Technical) to manage and oversee the delivery of GREEN-focussed engineering projects across various sectors, including automation, control systems, and industrial technology. The ideal candidate will lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution across multiple domains, such as SCADA systems, PLC programming, industrial automation, and building management systems. The role requires strong leadership, system integration expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

EDUCATION:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience in system design, implementation, and integration.
• Proficiency in industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC (DA/UA), MQTT, and Profibus.
• Strong background in PLC programming and HMI/GUI development.
• Proven experience in testing, commissioning, and risk assessment processes.

SKILLS:

• Project management and team leadership skills.
• Effective communication and client engagement abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience with IoT solutions and cloud-based monitoring platforms.Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in industrial automation.
