REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree with equivalent or relevant Architecture / Design Certificates.

• Min 3 years of related experience in Interior Design Industry/Renovation
• Diploma or Degree holder Engineering / Building / Construction, Architecture or equivalent
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledgeable in project management for all stages of project.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful and adaptability to the changing environment

JOB DUTIES:

• Prepare design proposal, detailing and materials specification
• Prepare presentation board and conceptual design.
• Prepare tender and fitting-out shop drawings.
• Prepare work schedule, progress report and documentation.
• Project Planning & Manage overall project schedule
• Project Coordination & liaison with all project parties involved.
