Qualifications

An academic degree in Economics or Finance
Several years of professional experience in project finance and financial modelling
Professional experience in structuring and negotiating financing and sales contracts
Previous renewable energy project experience, including in the participation of tenders
Business fluent in English & German
Strong negotiation and execution capabilitie

Responsibilities

Arrange both debt & equity financing with banks/lenders and investors for renewable energy projects
Identify customers for business’ projects, negotiate agreements and structure deals
Create business opportunities including PPAs and run the financial models
Support the project development activities of our team from a commercial perspective
You structure agreements of portfolios of wind and solar projects, as well as for battery storage/hybrid projects

Qualifications

An academic degree in Economics or Finance
Several years of professional experience in project finance and financial modelling
Professional experience in structuring and negotiating financing and sales contracts
Previous renewable energy project experience, including in the participation of tenders
Business fluent in English & German
Strong negotiation and execution capabilities
