US only* While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $92 500 and $171 500 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as the technical lead for all activities in assignments. Each day, you will work with Engineering and R&D teams to ensure that the engineering tools are executed in an accurate and efficient manner. You will also showcase your expertise by working with a multidisciplinary of stakeholders and guiding them to an agreed resolution.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in North America. Main stakeholders are Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading, planning, organizing, and executing multiple small and large projects simultaneously while meeting target delivery dates.
• Developing user requirements, specifications, and structures to implement new NPI offerings for various engineering applications, including, but not limited to Empower, Rulestream, ePLAN, GPLM, and/or SAP.
• Collaborating with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, IT, and SAP team members to identify potential project risks and provide timely and technical tool/process solutions.
• Evaluating costs vs benefits to justify engineering tool/process improvement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• You are highly skilled in problem solving and logic, and have 5 years of experience with Project Engineering and Rules based Systems.
• You have established skills in MS Office, Empower, Rulestream, ePLAN, GPLM, and/or SAP.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Low/Medium Voltage electrical equipment (Switchgear, Motor Control Centers).
• You have a working knowledge of SQL, database management, Visual Basic (VBA and VB.NET), C#, and other software.
• You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
