JOB DESCRIPTION

Performs day-to-day operations of ALVEO projects such as but not limited to preparing, checking, and/or analyzing project program, financial calculations, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. This role involves checking and recording budget utilization, permits/licenses and billings, coordination/collaboration meetings and inspections/assessments in order to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, timeliness, and commitment to brand promise.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Graduate of Business Administration/Management or Technical (Architectural/Engineering) related courses.
  2. Minimum 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in real estate/construction firms (residential, malls, mixed use, offices, leisure etc.) and/or handled various project development functions. May accept fresh graduates with good scholastic record.
  3. With critical thinking/, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Proficient in all aspects of project management including understanding of the principles, tools/methodologies and resource management.
  5. With technical knowledge and professional skills. Always attuned with the latest trends, innovations, best practices, market competition, and industry practices.
  6. With basic knowledge and understanding of general economics and financial concepts.
  7. Proficient in financial acumen in relation to the formulation and actualization of P&L and in-depth understanding of the factors and risks affecting financial performance of projects.
  8. Can deal and handle non-critical to (low) complex/critical problems and tasks relevant to PD Operations.
  9. With leadership/, proactive, result-driven, openness to change and process approach mindset.
  10. Very/keen on details specifically in financial, legal, and technical matters relevant to PD Operations.
  11. Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders of the Company.
