Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is currently seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist – Division Support (Level 4) to join the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) team in Tukwila, WA.
The role will support the Vice President, Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) and additional Executive leaders within the division. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, agile organization.
This role will directly support the MS&B VP/GM and division Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and integrate aspects of the leadership team’s Operating Rhythm, with strong partnership with the Chief of Staff, in clear communication with all key stakeholders including functional support leaders. To be successful in this position, the selected candidate must have an agile mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a positive and flexible attitude. Progressive outlook, problem solving abilities and strong Boeing Values & Behaviors will be required.
Position Responsibilities:

  • sCoordinate complex scheduling, calendar management logistics for senior executives, including coordination with Executive Council (EXCO) member

  • SProcess and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of informatio

  • nTrack and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resource
  • sSet up conference room Virtual Tele-Conferencing (VTC) and presentation equipment for all Senior Executive Meeting
  • sDevelop, maintain, and/or update materials in Microsoft Office for related platforms like Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outloo
  • kCoordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler’s logistics, including oversight of all passport and visa application
  • sCollect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler’s review and/or signature; generate expense reports, assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verify payments to corporate credit card
  • sTrack and maintain wide variety of information for management and communication of department and business operation
