As a Senior Project Manager you’ll be empowered to lead complex initiatives that underpin Xero’s strategic objectives, navigate ambiguity, and drive impactful outcomes for Xero’s most important work. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Go-To-Market and People providing expert guidance and operational excellence to ensure execution is seamless and accelerate the achievement of company OKRs. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, championing best practices and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize our processes and propel Xero forward.
