Government Solutions Business Unit is looking for a Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Delivery – Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting business objectives.
  • Presales Execution & Delivery – Participate in Tender bids; own, produce and submit quality Tender proposals on time.
  • Strategic Alignment – Align project goals with organisational strategy and long-term vision.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Risk & Change Management – Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change control processes.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization – Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control to maximize efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs, milestones, and quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation – Drive best practices, process enhancements, and technology adoption for operational excellence.
  • Leadership & Team Development – Mentor and guide teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
