WHAT YOU'LL DO We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Account Manager Training (f/m/d) to lead and grow our training initiatives across clients, partners, and internal teams. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of client leadership, training strategy, and delivery excellence. You will own training programs end-to-end – from concept and planning to execution and optimization – ensuring they deliver measurable value for our clients and their people. In this role you will not only manage projects – you will shape training experiences, drive transformation, and ensure that training becomes a meaningful lever of growth. Working closely with Account Management, Business Development, and our expert network, you will evolve training as a strategic pillar within act.3’s offering. Responsibilities
