SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a strong understanding of facility management and CAFM systems? We are seeking a contractor to oversee day-to-day project management activities, ensuring all parties are aligned and on track for successful implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a system upgrade that will align with our organization’s business goals and objectives. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: With your strong analytical capabilities, you will assess the current state of our CAFM system, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions. Your ability to evaluate processes and make informed decisions will drive improved business outcomes.

Must Have:

  • Change Management: Understanding the implications of change management, you will partner with our designated Change Lead to ensure a smooth transition to the upgraded system. Your planning abilities will minimize resistance and foster user adoption.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including WPS and facility managers, IT staff, vendors, and end-users. You will gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: We value your mindset of continuous improvement. Your ability to seek feedback, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to optimize the system’s functionality and value will make a significant impact.
  • Domain Knowledge: Your expertise in facility management, CAFM systems, and industry standards will be essential to drive success. We value your ability to align the system upgrade with our unique requirements while implementing best practices.
  • High Degree of Personal Initiative and Motivation: Your self-driven nature and motivation to excel will be instrumental in delivering successful project outcomes.Project Management: As a meticulous project manager, you will define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints. Your exceptional organizational skills will be key to project success.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in, Business, Project Management. Minimum 5 years’ experience/knowledge in processes and project management to include analysis, documentation. Ability to work with general direction to scope, plan and manage cross-department or multi-department projects. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large and highly complex assignments. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Seen as a team player and is supportive of group decisions and ideas. Written and oral communications skills with the ability to build rapport within the company, field and /or outside vendors. High degree of personal initiative and motivation

Pay Details: $69.00 per hour
