• Provide leadership to project teams, offering guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure successful execution.
• Cross-support and promote the group’s creative, social, and video & photography services in collaboration with respective department heads.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the team, providing constructive feedback and clear development plans.
• Keep Managing Director updated on operational performance, budgets, and challenges, providing clear insights and solutions.
