Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans that align with business objectives and client goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the events department, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of all projects.
- Review and refine processes quarterly to boost efficiency, streamline operations, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Leverage the latest tools and tech innovations to minimize risks and enhance project workflows.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead post-event client reviews with project teams to evaluate results, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Provide leadership to project teams, offering guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure successful execution.
- Cross-support and promote the group’s creative, social, and video & photography services in collaboration with respective department heads.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the team, providing constructive feedback and clear development plans.
- Keep Managing Director updated on operational performance, budgets, and challenges, providing clear insights and solutions.
