YOUR TASKS:

We are looking for an well experienced individual who is motivated, entrepreneurial, hands-on, analytical, organized, and not afraid to work hard to achieve something great. This person needs a focus on customer needs, communicate clearly, and have a structured approach to problems and projects. Being well-versed in best-in-class websites/apps, being a self-starter, and constantly asking “why” are invaluable traits of an expert Agile practitioner. At the same time, a proven Project Management track record complements your ability to report, engage and manage partners and have a general sensibility for intricate team dynamics.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a geographically distributed team with diverse reporting structures and accountability models
  • Improve communication between distributed parts of the team to ensure timely availability of deliverables as well as required intra team support
  • Apply your Scrum Master expertise across one or more teams
  • Promote, educate on and champion recognized Agile practices
  • Balance projects and handle numerous tasks every day
  • Work with our Product Managers and UI/UX designers in their quest to deliver tangible value to our large user community
  • Ensure on time delivery of all product development and launches
  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations throughout proposition creation, development, and launch
  • Track and analyze the performance of our Agile process to improve the productivity of our technical team overall
  • Continually evolve responsibilities with the team and the business needs, given its startup nature
