Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or hardware product development environment. This individual will lead cross-functional projects, ensure successful delivery, implement Agile practices, and mentor junior staff to help them grow their project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated honesty, responsiveness, and reliability in managing projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PMP certification a plus).
• 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least part of that time in a technology company.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar).

Desired

• Proven experience leading projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Experience leading technical product development projects from concept to launch.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with engineers, executives, and customers.
• Skilled in risk management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Strong mentorship and coaching abilities to support the growth of junior staff.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
• Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments and shifting priorities.
• Experience in automotive product development is preferred
• Familiarity with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project requirements and scope.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Proactively anticipate risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and coordinators.
• Foster clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices within the company.
• Oversee quality and compliance activities, including PPAP submissions, supplier coordination, and regulatory standards adherence (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent).
