POSITION SUMMARY
- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of All Ether’s most important projects.
- This role ensures jobs are completed efficiently, safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of customer service and team performance.
- The Senior PM oversees all phases of project delivery—from planning and scheduling to closeout and invoicing—and plays a key role in coaching team members, supporting field operations, and reinforcing company processes.
- This position requires strong leadership, sharp operational discipline, and the ability to manage people, time, materials, and financial targets simultaneously.
- The Senior PM builds strong relationships with customers, holds teams accountable to performance and communication standards, and collaborates closely with the Admin, Sales, and Operations teams to keep projects and the company moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution and Financial Oversight
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout, ensuring each is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Track labor, material, and subcontractor costs in real time to protect margin and proactively correct course as needed.
- Review and validate production hours weekly and step in early if jobs are trending off course.
- Monitor WIP reports and partner with Finance and Admin for timely invoicing.
- Approve material orders, track usage, and ensure alignment with scope and budget.
- Maintain project data accurately in the project management software.
- Customer Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns; resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain frequent, proactive customer communication throughout the lifecycle of each job.
- Set clear expectations with clients at kickoff and ensure consistent updates.
- Ensure all client communications meet All Ether’s standards for professionalism and clarity.
- Notify Sales and Admin of any direct client contact that leads to new jobs or project changes.
- Respond to customer emails or calls within 10 minutes during normal business hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications, low-voltage, or construction industry.
- Proven success managing multiple large-scale, fast-paced projects.
- Strong understanding of labor tracking, scheduling, and financial controls.
- Proficient in Procore
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in both field and office environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
