Description
Senior Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Center Construction Location: Windsor, CO (Full Relocation or Travel Support) Compensation: Competitive Base + 20% Annual Bonus + Industry-Leading Per Diem Role Type: Permanent / Full-Time (On-site 5 days/week) The Opportunity We are representing a Premier National Industrial Developer and Contractor currently executing a massive expansion into the Data Center sector. With a national portfolio exceeding 90 million sq. ft., our client is acting as the General Contractor on a flagship Hyperscale campus in Windsor, CO. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to drive the execution of a 127MW Phase 1 build, with a projected 90MW Phase 2 expansion in the immediate pipeline. This is an ideal role for a tech-forward leader who wants to embed within a high-growth division and move into senior leadership as the firm rolls out 30+ upcoming hyperscale sites across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Own the daily management of a 125MW+ hyperscale project, ensuring all milestones are met for the August 2026 Phase 1 completion. Operational Leadership: Lead trade partners, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring strict adherence to mission-critical specifications and safety protocols. Tech-Integrated Management: Utilize Procore and 3D Rendering/BIM for real-time sequencing, RFI workflows, and submittal management. Financial & Schedule Control: Manage project budgets, perform monthly forecasting, and identify potential risks to the critical path before they impact delivery. Team Mentorship: Supervise and develop a hand-picked, "over-staffed" project team, preparing them for future site rotations and internal promotion. Candidate Requirements Mission Critical Expertise: 5–10+ years of experience in Data Center or High-Density Industrial construction. You must understand the technical complexities of high-megawatt power environments. Tech-Native: You should be a "power user" of modern construction management software (Procore) and comfortable navigating 3D models. Career-Driven Mindset: We are looking for "hungry" professionals who prioritize long-term career growth and project ownership over short-term contract hopping. Presence: Ability to be on-site 5 days a week in the Windsor, CO area. The Package & "Road Warrior" Benefits Total Rewards: Market-leading base salary + 20% Annual Bonus. Travel Support: Premium Per Diem plus 2 paid return flights home per year (separate from travel allowance). Schedule Flexibility: For travellers, a monthly "Extended Weekend" (Friday noon departure, Monday afternoon return). Core Benefits: 15 Days PTO, 401k with 3.5% match, and comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision for you and your family.
