Due to continued strategic growth, we’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Project Manager/ Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our Broker Connectivity project – a key initiative that is transforming the way we interact with our broker partners to drive smarter, more seamless ways of doing business. You’ll oversee a multi-stream programme of work across technical build, process transformation, and go-to-market delivery – working closely with our business teams, technology and broker partners to make this transformation real. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end delivery of the Broker Connectivity project – from mobilisation through to go-live and post-implementation support. Manage technical, process, and commercial workstreams to deliver tangible outcomes across efficiency, growth and broker experience. Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, brokers, and technology vendors to align priorities and drive momentum. Support the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy alongside our distribution, pricing, portfolio and marketing teams. About you You’re a confident project delivery professional who can balance strategic oversight with practical delivery. You’re curious, collaborative, and thrive in an environment where there’s still room to shape the way things are done. You’ll thrive on active engagement with key executives, senior leaders and those interacting with our brokers to take everyone on the journey. You’ll bring: 5+ years’ experience managing complex business, technology, or process change projects. Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple disciplines. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and benefit realisation. Exposure to insurance or API-based technology integration projects is highly desirable. Why Ando?
