Requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in building construction industry Lead and oversee all phases of the architectural design, from concept development through construction documentation and project closeout. Create and refine site layouts, ensuring optimal building orientation, access, and integration with surrounding environment. Define and manage space planning to maximize efficiency, functionality, and user experience. Establish and manage aesthetic direction—facades, massing, material palettes, and architectural expression to balance performance, durability, and visual impact. Determine interior architectural design aspects, such as finishes, lighting, and integrated systems. Education: Bachelor of Science in Architecture or equivalent experience Why Work With Us?
