Responsibilities:

  • Leading the effective and efficient delivery of commissions, managing the performance of the project team consisting of both internal and external project team resources,.
  • Managing the delivery of projects ensuring that schedule, cost and quality expectations are met, project related risks are managed.
  • Managing stakeholders and the client expectations and relationship.
  • Delivering work to a high standard of client satisfaction and profitably for Arup
  • Managing internal resources including the training and mentoring of junior staff members
  • Having basic knowledge of Sustainability Development Goals and their impact in organisations and projects such as carbon footprint, community wellbeing, etc.
  • Prospecting for new work, identifying opportunities with current and new clients, developing client relationships and leading major bids.
  • Developing new service offerings.
  • Winning new work and clients
