Description:
- ASIC is seeking a full time Senior Project Manager to join their Enterprise Planning and Performance Office Team

The team
The Enterprise Planning & Performance Office (EPPO) is a centre of excellence, coordinating and managing organisation wide strategic business planning, projects and transformational change initiatives, providing project management governance and cross-ASIC program management and reporting. The team also leads ASIC’s approach and delivery of performance and regulatory reporting and analysis.
The role
- Comply with the ASIC Project Management Methodology, which is based on PRINCE2, and System Development Methodology.
- Deliver projects within the approved KPIs
- Control the project using appropriate tools and escalate early to minimise risk to success.
- Identify resource requirements, engaging and managing resources.
- Comply with the Commonwealth procurement rules and processes.
- Embed the change utilising change management activities.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology.
- Minimum 7 years’ project management experience, with involvement in large, business critical systems and Australian Government IT projects being highly regarded.
- Experience delivering complex IT projects or previous technical experience in an applications management role.
- Proven skills and /or knowledge in modern digital application design, integration and / or business process design.
- Current formal qualification in project management: e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK
- Minimum 3 years’ Agile delivery experience
- Microsoft Office suite including Visio and Project.
