The Role:

Seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver a portfolio of complex digital initiatives through high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. You will drive successful delivery outcomes aligned with organisational strategy while actively coaching and mentoring teams to improve their Agile practices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers to deliver strategic technology solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, impediments, and blockers across critical stages of the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven success leading enterprise project delivery within an established Agile framework.
• Direct experience with enterprise Salesforce environments, mobile field applications, and secure API integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Background in human services, public safety, or complex inter-agency government ecosystems.
