emagine is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a migration project centered around AWS for a client in Copenhagen. The Senior Project Manager will work in a team consisting of a Senior Project Manager and a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to ensure efficient execution.
Our client operates within a fully Agile framework. The team will engage extensively with these delivery organizations and provision the necessary technical services and products. This coordination will involve close collaboration with our clients internal AWS IPL and Enterprise IT Architect teams.
The Migration team will oversee and coordinate migration efforts where reusable, repeatable AWS technologies are deployed. The actual migration tasks will be executed by the delivery teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with the following qualifications and experience:

AWS MIGRATION EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience managing AWS migrations or other large-scale cloud migrations in a global organization.
Familiarity with AWS migration tools and automation is highly desirable (and close to essential).
Ability to identify and address typical challenges and pitfalls of AWS migrations with the support of the Senior AWS Cloud Engineer.

STAKEHOLDER AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Senior-level experience in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-team coordination.
Ability to bridge high-level technical understanding with clear, effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.

OPTIONAL SKILLS:

Experience with migrations to or from Microsoft Azure is beneficial but not mandatory.
Location: Copenhagen Metropolitan Area
Allocation: Fulltime, hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months + option
