SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / HEAD OF PROJECTS

We are a rapidly growing, security-focused Managed Services Provider (MSP) and ISP, delivering network communications, IT services and IT support to businesses across the UK. We are looking for a Head of Projects to lead the project team and manage project delivery. These projects include a wide array of IT related projects including national IT infrastructure roll outs such as SDWAN to new and existing customers.

PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager preferably working for an MSP
· Proven experience working on an array of large, technically complex projects IT projects
· Experience of structured approaches to project delivery
· Excellent knowledge of project management software, preferably Monday.com
· Strong leadership, people and communications skills (both written and verbal)
· Positive team working ethos and commitment to delivery and learning
· Enjoy working in a fast paced and pressured role.

· Manage the Project delivery and Provisioning teams.
· Manage all customer projects
· Create project plans and associated documentation. (Using Monday.com)
· Develop internal processes to ensure smooth project delivery
· Work with stakeholders to ensure design and delivery meet the customers’ requirements and are delivered on time.
· Development of stakeholder relationship with suppliers and customers.
· Prepare project reports and hold meetings with stakeholders.
