Description
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or similar. 10+ years of experience in complex, cross-functional project or program management roles. 8+ years of experience with relevant graduate degree. Experience facilitating workshops and leading process improvement efforts. Experience working in large, matrixed organizations, preferably in medical device or related industries. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Miro, etc.). Previous Finance experience as demonstrated by work experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, etc.; MBA or similar graduate degree; and/or substantial project or program leadership experience with Finance as a key workstream (ex. integrations). Ability to travel up to 10% Project management, change management, process improvement, and/or problem-solving certifications (ex. PMP, Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Significant experience leading initiatives at the intersection of Finance and other functions (e.g., Finance + IT, Finance + HR). Comfort with ambiguity; skilled at project scoping and problem-solving to meet internal customers' needs; proven ability to work through roadblocks Ability to effectively manage a broad portfolio of competing projects and priorities. Highly collaborative; wins trust and earns respect at all levels of organization. Influences effectively without authority and manages senior-level stakeholders Learns quickly; willing to delve deeply into project details. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated proficiency to effectively distill complex topics to enable prioritization and decision-making.
