Description

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Galway-based IC/VT Sustaining Project Managers, ensuring strong alignment with divisional strategy and performance expectations. Deliver high-impact people management—supporting development, coaching performance, and enabling team members to meet their career goals. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment on project risks, progress, and outcomes with senior leadership. Foster strong, trust-based relationships across teams and functions to drive collaborative project execution and timely resolution of cross-functional issues. Model excellent collaboration and create a strong team dynamic across project teams, internal stakeholders, and cross-site colleagues. Drive accountability and execution by assigning clear authority, aligning efforts across teams, and monitoring progress against business objectives. Lead courageously in the face of uncertainty—bringing optimism, clarity, and resilience to your team. Level 8 Honors Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Science, or Project Management Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in project or program management Demonstrated experience in product transfers or new product launches Familiarity with Lean tools and core project management methodologies Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across divisions Hybrid work model: minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Galway Prior experience in the medical device or other regulated industries Master's degree in a related field is desirable Minimum of 2-3 years' people management experience Strong business acumen and ability to navigate core functional processes Track record of leading with clarity and decisiveness in dynamic environments Customer-centric approach to project execution with awareness of business trends
