Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our high performing team in Sydney. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on the assigned projects for Brennan, to control outcome, Customer Satisfaction, schedule and budget.
The role requires a strong understanding of Project Management principles and some technical understanding of Microsoft Business Suite (e.g Dynamics 365) and IT infrastructure. The role will also require strong facilitation skills as you will be an escalation point for operational and client Project Services delivery issues, as you will be accountable for teams being enabled to work efficiently and collaboratively.

TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS, THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure and Managed Services OR basic technical understanding of the Microsoft Product Suite (eg Dynamics 365).
  • Minimum 5+ years Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to delegate effectively, direct and lead technical consultants.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and project issues.
  • Ability to work in a billable hour target environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously across many teams, including Sales, and Support.
  • Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills – using diplomacy to diffuse tension and achieve outcomes efficiently.
  • Project Management Certifications (eg PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc).
  • Experience within an outsourced or IT Project Delivery environment.
