Position Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion to develop and deliver great software and would like to work with e-health? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) you will be a part of a team working cross the company leading projects that provide preventive, intelligent and reliable solutions, making a difference through the digitalization of healthcare. As Senior Project Manager you will plan and manage a range of improvement and development projects towards its goals. You will foster collaboration within the project team as well as with other areas of the organization, cross border. You will perform stakeholder analysis, risk management, and change control. To excel this role, you should be great at building trust, communicating effectively and enjoy establishing clarity and structure. You shall be familiar with established project management and agile methodologies. In addition to hands-on project management, you will promote self-organization in teams and support them in integrating agile principles and practices. In this position you will manage projects of varying complexity and gain valuable insights into Service development and Project management in the Healthcare sector. About you To succeed in this role, we believe that you have strong knowledge of project management, in particular agile methods, and product development.
