Infosys is seeking Test/QA Manager. As a Test Manager, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related IBM Maximo and other COTs products. You will be responsible for Test Planning and Strategy, setting up QA processes, schedule different test phases, ensure scenarios and test scripts are aligned to requirement and provide QA consultation on the application, Integration and reports of enterprise solution for IBM Maximo implementation with the objective of high-quality & value adding solutions to customer within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 16 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
- Canada citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Preferred:

  • 12+ years experienced Maximo Test/QA Manager- with transportation add on – and experience in upgrade and transformational projects – in the domain of Rail Road, transportation, fleet management etc. Major part of the experience should be as QA lead or Test Manager position.
  • Experience in Conducting Sessions on QA processes and standards
  • Experience in Laying out different test phases based on the scope of the project and scheduling of each phase
  • Experience in Collaborating with IT and Business to ensure there is enough test coverage, scenarios are identified and aligned with requirements
  • Experience in Leading Triage Calls and Test Reporting
  • Experience and working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management
  • Experience in QA tool like Jira, HPQC
  • Experience in Leading the project on end to end Maximo testing for upgrade to new implementations to rollouts.
  • Experience in Maximo Upgrade, MAS, Maximo Mobile, PRC to SQL DB conversion - would be an advantage
  • Experience and Working knowledge of Performance Testing , Automation Testing
  • Experience in Working closely with different stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
  • Experience in Daily/Weekly reporting of test execution metrics highlighting risk/issues/blockers with mitigation plan
  • Experience in Working together with various vendor partners for the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

  • Experience of working in Agile projects
  • Knowledge of Security Testing
