About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Capital Project Delivery Team. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing a number of major capital projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget, with minimal impact to clinical services and hospital operations in a live hospital environment. This will include a range of construction projects involving demolition works, construction of new health facilities, refurbishment of existing health facilities and major equipment procurements. A key element will be engaging and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agreed project outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations, including CHS’s infrastructure delivery partner, Infrastructure Canberra. The successful applicant will be required to have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, be flexible, adaptable and comfortable with a changing work environment, and are committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients and the CHS organisation.
