The Senior Project Manager will report to the Project Director, Capital Project Delivery (CPD) and will be responsible for leading assigned projects from inception through to post completion phase. The role may require management of staff including admin or project support roles. The Senior Project Manager will have a detailed understanding of ACT Government Procurement and project delivery methodologies including a comprehensive knowledge of relevant Compliance, Australian Standards, Legislation, Australian Health Facility Guidelines, Regulations, Code of Practice and the ability to interpret CHS Policies and Procedures. The incumbent will provide outstanding leadership and management skills, have extensive experience, negotiation skills and be able to represent and negotiate at a senior level on behalf of the organisation. The position is critical to the achievement of the overall objectives of CPD and the broader NCH Infrastructure and Facilities Services Branch.
